In February 2023 the Players went back to the tried and tested format of Dinner with a musical based theme. Jean Chapman was back in the kitchen and David Wilcox was back from Canada at the piano, although he was understandably very cautious over Covid in the UK.
Kim Antell compiled a programme of solo and 4-part chorus songs all around the theme of the four seasons.
To create the theme of the seasons, Kim chose a colour appropriate for each season that was expressed in the costumes and the lighting.

To add interest a projector was used to create a backdrop for each song. This was the first time the players had used projection to ‘paint’ the scenery.
