A traffic warden collects stuffed birds much to the disgust of his wife, but an owl stuffed full of money causes problems…

Just the Ticket by John Waterhouse was the first play the Aldermaston Players put on for their annual Dinner/Theatre evenings in association with Aldermaston Parish Hall Management Committee. This play required several stuffed bird props including a near life sized Ostrich made with chicken wire and paper mache by the director, Chris Boott.
